CANCELLATION POLICY

•All appointments must be booked thru the booking link provided, with a non refundable deposit paid. •All appointments are subject to approval and once approved you will be notified of confirmation via email or text. •No shows and cancellations will result in your deposit forfited. A no show or cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of your total service booked. •Two no shows and or cancellations will result in a ban from booking. •If you reschedule your appointment 24 hrs prior to your original appointment, your deposit will be transferred over. •If you are more than 15m late to your appointment you will need to reschedule. •If you do not call/text to reschedule before 15m past your appointment you will be marked as a no show. •Please make sure to send all inspo and wish pics as soon as you book the appointment so that I can price your set accordingly as well as block of the proper amount of time. •Please don't hesitate to ask any questions via text, email or DM. 17208082037 •If you are sick please do not come and reschedule your appointment. •Payments can be made via card, cash or zelle. cash and zelle preferred. •NO extra people allowed at your appointment. my salon suite cannot accommodate more than one other person.
